This privacy policy describes how Zevly Consulting processes personal data of visitors to zevly.pl and users of the contact form. We take your privacy seriously and process data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Scope and purposes of processing

We process the data you voluntarily provide in the contact form: full name, e-mail address and the content of your message. We use these data exclusively to:

  • respond to your inquiry and maintain correspondence (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) — the Controller's legitimate interest in handling inquiries),
  • comply with the Controller's legal obligations, e.g. tax and accounting, if our contact results in a contract (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

3. Retention period

Form submissions are stored for the period necessary to handle your inquiry, but no longer than 1 year from the last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law (e.g. tax and accounting obligations if a contract is concluded).

4. Recipients of the data

Your data may be entrusted to trusted service providers that support the operation of the website and the handling of inquiries, in particular:

  • Notion Labs, Inc. — the tool we use to store contact form messages,
  • hosting and infrastructure providers for zevly.pl.

Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (e.g. to the USA) only on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or another lawful transfer mechanism.

5. Your rights

In connection with the processing of your data, you have the following rights:

  • the right to access your data and obtain a copy,
  • the right to rectify or erase your data,
  • the right to restrict processing,
  • the right to data portability,
  • the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal),
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

6. Voluntary nature of providing data

Providing data in the contact form is voluntary but necessary to respond to your inquiry. Without your data we will not be able to get back to you.

7. Cookies and technical data

zevly.pl uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to function properly. We do not use cookies for tracking users or advertising profiling. Server logs record standard technical information (e.g. IP address, browser type) used solely for diagnostics and security.

8. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy. Any change will be published on this page together with a new last-updated date.
